Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: (a) attempt unauthorised access to our systems, (b) use automated tools to scrape content without permission, (c) transmit malicious code, or (d) misrepresent your identity when submitting enquiries.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, SVG assets, and design elements — is the property of Arabic SEO Agency and protected by copyright law. Client-specific deliverables created under service agreements are governed by the intellectual property terms specified in those agreements.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging our services agree to: provide timely access to necessary platforms and analytics, supply accurate business information, review and approve content within agreed timeframes, and ensure they have rights to all materials provided for optimisation.
6. SEO Performance
While we employ proven methodologies and maintain high standards of execution, search engine rankings depend on factors beyond our direct control including algorithm updates, competitor activity, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic volumes. We commit to transparent reporting and continuous optimisation based on data.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services after written notice.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information, strategy documents, and performance data shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arabic SEO Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
